rarantes 3c59733c8a feat(sar): add EFS to FAB Caracal variants 
Enable EFS and native flotation configuration for Caracal Fast Rope, SAR, and Transport variants. Record the autocenter Geometry LOD root cause and retain the shared EFS and hoist function migration.

rarantes c2abf1d936 fix(fennec): finalize native EFS buoyancy 
Use the integrated Fennec EFS mesh with native water physics, stateful deployment, and the Geometry LOD buoyancy property. Remove the obsolete external cleanup path and document the confirmed sinking fix.
